SANTIAGO .- The Ministry of Youth Affairs and Northern Region branch of the National Union of Press Workers (SNTP), hence, gave the second version of "Recognition of Merit of Young Workers of the Press" , ten young people develop important work in the media. The honorees are: Mario Lopez, Wendy Almonte, Roddy Cruz, Dayris González, Winston Mosque, Edward Papin-Gil, Vladimir Sanchez Frankelly Diaz, Alex Reynoso and Jean Carlos Sanchez, who exercise an active and leading roles in various print media, radio and television.
The general secretary of the SNTP, journalist Fior D'Aliza Taveras, welcomed the initiative of the Ministry of Youth in the person of his deputy, Otto Vasquez to recognize the work of the free exercise of press workers, with an acknowledgment that said each year gives prestige to the recipient.
For his part, Deputy Minister of Youth highlighted the great work being done by the young people engaged in the communication of Santiago, and reaffirmed its commitment through the Ministry, to support ethical and professional growth Youth that opens space in the media.
The ceremony was performed within the circle of the press, the bar Zouain Moses, the Gran Teatro del Cibao, in occasion of the National Journalists' Day which falls on April 5, was conversant with the exposure of communicator, Roberto Moncada of CDN Cadena de Noticias, radio.
The guest addressed the topic''The News''on TV, with great professionalism that captivated all the great competition.
At the end of his presentation was given recognition by the Ministry of Youth and SNTP.
In the event a child piano prodigy, Joshua Kennedy Núñez, impressed those present at the keyboard virtuosity and classical pieces by him.
